Pet Care Start-Up Guide

We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the pet care industry.

Your dog’s welfare is our primary concern. The policies set forth below are to ensure your dog’s safety

from the time they leave you until the time they are returned to you.

After completing the New Client Profile, we require all potential clients to pass a Temperament Test during a

45-minute Meet & Greet, at no cost to you. The Temperament Test is designed to determine a mutual fit between the testing dog and our open-cage environment.

The owner stays for the introduction, where we slowly introduced to one dog at a time, with a Team Member standing by. It is the Team Member's job to analyze the dog's body language, verbal, and non-verbal cues to determine their level of comfort, joy, fear, or aggression. The Team Member will continue introducing dogs of different temperaments until they have determined the testing dog's comfort in the environment. For their safety, children under 13 are not allowed during the Temperament Test.

Our goal is to duplicate your routine at home. We will review your dog’s feeding instructions, medications, and any special needs they have. Finally, after reviewing and signing necessary paperwork, we will set up appointments for drop off/pick up, and payment details.

All guests must be in good health and must not have had, or been exposed to, any contagious

or communicable illnesses within a 30-day period prior to check-in.

Dogs showing signs of vomiting, coughing, gagging, sneezing, or diarrhea will not be admitted.
